What Crisco is good for...

Well, we finally got to the much anticipated Blubber experiment. It turned out to be a twofer. The kids were a bit grossed out when we told them this was an example of hydrogentaed fat that is in many foods! They all said they could tell which hand was warmer under the ice water.
