Twisting the Night Away
Last night, I began another Beth Twist design, "Let Us Be Truly Thankful, the Valentine edition." I wanted to start it right away, so I just picked some colors I had on hand. Beth is working on the March edition for this series right now!
I would love to have a wall of cross stitch pieces that I could change out through the year. Has anyone used command strips to hang cross stitch? I wondered if that would be a possibility. That way I would not have to worry about nail holes as I changed the arrangement around.I hope you all have great weekends and get in lots of stitching!

Nice progress on your Valentine piece! I love that design. I've never used command strips for hanging XS--nice idea, though. We have plaster walls so I doubt they'd work for me.
Have a great weekend!
a pretty finish!
I've often though of using Command strips myself. I use them on my door to hang wreaths and things and they've worked great....we're thinking about repainting and I would love to fill the holes and then use command strips for the hanging of pictures and cross stitch....if I try it out I'll let you know! They do come in various sizes and give general weight limits for them....
Hi Michelle, thanks for the sweet comments on my blog. To answer your question, the head comes with the pattern.
I love your finished sampler in the previous post - it is so bright and pretty. The next one you are working on is very pretty as well.
This is going to be so pretty! Can't wait to see it finished!
I've never used the strips on a wall, but they work great on other surfaces. You might try in an out of the way place, like the inside of a closet.
Love your WIP it;s so pretty!
Thanks for visiting my blog.
Happy Stitching!
Beth has some really wonderful designs, doesn't she? Love your progress on this one!
Cute piece!!!! Beth's designs are so sweet.
I love this series! I am hoping to finish mine up today! I hope to go to my LNS this week to look for fabric for the next one - if the weather allows me!
I never tried the strips. I should try them. Nice piece. Cant wait to see more.
What a pretty piece you're working on, Michele--I'm happy to have just found your blog!
