Creepy Purple Skin
So last night, I started "Sirens of the Sea" by Carriage House Samplings. I got a little freaked out as I stitched this lady's skin! EWWWW! Maybe I have watched too many LOST episodes lately!

LOL-I was the same when I stitched Cape Cod Girls from The Primitive Needle - the mermaid's skin is so gray ... but it works. LOL

Oh that's funny! It actually reminds me of the Wraith characters in Stargate Atlantis!
It's very pretty! Maybe their skin changes color from being under water so much!
LOL!! I guess you have to wonder what mermaids really do look like, huh?! Great start! I want to stitch this one soon, too.
