Birthday Giveaway!

I turn 40 next month.

Hmmmmmmm.......

I am sure you all will help me through it, right?

I am putting together a little giveaway of charts to celebrate the Big Day. Some will be oldies, all will be goodies.

Interested?

Leave a comment on this post telling me something great about being 40.

A winner will be drawn at random.

I will update later with hints about the chosen charts- helpful hints such as "baaa-baaa" and the like. ;)

Anyone is welcome to enter. You don't need to be a "follower," although it would be good for my aging ego... ;)

Gosh, there are a lot of good things about being 40! You know it's not all about age, but how you feel!! I think that 40 and beyond has been better than any other time in my life. I can't pick a specific thing, but I think that you become to know yourself much better.

What's bad about 40? lol! I think it's a great time of life myself. Still pretty young, not too old. Wiser than when you were 30 or 20 or even 35. Happy 40th -- enjoy it!

Happy Birthday! Agree with Margaret, 40 is not old but wiser!

What's great about being 40? You've arrived, sister! You've survived so far in the journey and you're doing great!

I think it's just a sense of confidence it gives you ...and 50 is even better! ;-)

Happy four oh!

I don't think I can pinpoint any particular thing that's great about being over 40, all I know is that I am happier now than at any other point in my life.

Congratulations on finishing your Mary Beale sampler

40 ~ that time in your life when you feel more secure in yourself, more comfortable with who you are, what you want to be and you just love life! Happy Birthday!!

40...I think that is when I started to not care what others thought... A coming of age, so to speak! The beginning of an evolution, from a Mom and Wife to Woman! Plus, I became a Grandma too, so that helps put everything in perspective! Hugs!

At 40 you are younger than me!! Technically you are probably a grown up now, although still young enough not to feel it. Enjoy it and eat lots of cake.

I have heard of this "40" thing and while I am not there yet, still have a few years to go I have heard it is not that bad, it's all in how you feel.... I forgot counting after I turned thirty, years ago. I am always 29 1/2 Haha

I look forward to birthdays of any year, every laugh line and wrinkle on my face is a sign that I have lived :)
